SPN 363 GENDER AND SEXUALITY
This course will focus on the construction and representation of gender and sexuality in Spanish texts, in order to better understand the complexity of Spain and/or Spanish American cultures and society. We will examine literary texts, cultural and artistic productions, gender performance, sexual identities, as well as theoretical approaches to gender, such as feminism.
Prerequisite
Two courses at the lower 300 level (SPN 300 - SPN 349)
