ENS 2500 INTRODUCTION TO GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS

In this course, students will be introduced to the concepts of visualizing, exploring and analyzing spatial data. Through hands-on lab exercises and research projects, students will gain broad experience with analysis and mapping using the latest ArcGIS software. Examples from environmental management, public administration, business and other disciplines are covered.
