FIN 4972 A Financial Applications W/Bloomberg
This course will apply financial concepts from both investments and corporate finance with a real world application focus using the Bloomberg Terminals. Topics included in the course are: Financial Statement Analysis, Private Equity, Fixed Income, Portfolio Optimization, Interest Rate Model, Portfolio Management, Valuation and ESG Impacts. The case style course will use Bloomberg, Excel, and R to help students think critically about these topics using real world live time data. Students will gather data, clean the data and use it to make important inferences.

FIN 3430 with a minimum grade of C+
