SPT 3050 SPORT LAW

The United States is known as the most litigious nation in the world. In this course, students examine pertinent legal issues in sport such as contracts, personal and product liability, risk management, discrimination and human resources. The course also addresses policy development and governing bodies such as the NCAA and the U.S. Olympic Committee.
