ACC 482 BUSINESS LAW AND ACCOUNTING ETHICS

This course is a study of selected topics relating to commercial law, debtor-creditor relationships, regulation of business entities, securities, and the Uniform Commercial Code. Ethical issues in accounting and financial reporting are addressed as well as the legal liability of accountants and other financial professionals.
