BUS 202 BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
Methods for organizing ideas, formatting information, understanding audience needs and developing a professional communication style are emphasized in this course focusing on oral and written communication. Students practice writing business reports, letters, email messages and memoranda; students sharpen their skills in effective oral presentation through individual and team presentations. Cases and exercises emphasize informative and persuasive communication.

ENG 110 and sophomore standing or higher.
