CHN 122 ELEMENTARY CHINESE II
This course continues the development of elementary skills for students who have already had a solid introduction to Chinese. It builds students’ literacy knowledge and expands their vocabulary and grammar with which they can discuss a wider range of topics about their daily lives. Emphasis is placed on oral communication in the classroom through consistent interaction among students and the instructor. Communicative activities in pairs and small groups lead students from structured practice to free expression. Proficiency goal on the ACTFL scale: Novice High.
