ESS 321 BIOMECHANICS

Students study the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics from the point of view of physical education activities, exercise/sports injuries and sports skills. Laboratory activities include the use of motion analysis software for projectile analysis, gait analysis, vertical jump analysis, conservation of angular momentum, analysis of lifting and calculation of center of gravity.
