LAW 789 E-Discovery

This course examines the dynamic field of electronic discovery. Increasingly, litigation involves issues relating to electronic documents and records. This course addresses the challenges that electronic information presents for the legal process. Potential topics include preservation and collection of electronically stored information, retention policies, spoliation, sanctions, document review, authentication, and discovery of social media.
