LAW 999 Independent Study
This course will allow students to engage in independent legal research and writing under the supervision of a full-time faculty member. The work must involve the production of a significant research paper or comparable project. Students may not enroll in an Independent Study without written permission by the supervising faculty member and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. The written permission must identify the number of credits to be awarded to the student upon satisfactory completion of the course. A student may not receive more than four credits through Independent Study courses.
Notes
Independent Studies may be graded Pass/Fail at the discretion of the supervising faculty member.
