ENG 206 INTRODUCTION TO TEACHING ENGLISH TO SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES

This course will provide an introduction to second language acquisition and the theory and practice of teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL). Readings, class discussions and projects will focus on pedagogy and assessment in reading, writing, listening and speaking for ESL students.
