The faculty will consist of the teaching faculty, administrators with faculty rank and staff with faculty rank.

Voting members will be those people appointed by the Board of Trustees to the rank of Lecturer, Assistant Professor or above and/or all teaching personnel with a load of 18 or more semester hours in the current academic year.
