WHE 114 CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN WELLNESS: PERSONAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT

How healthy are you, really? In this course students will evaluate their level of health by conducting several personal health assessments and identify methods of improvement. Students will explore the components of health and wellness; assess several health behaviors and identify implications; and apply valid resources to health behavior change strategies. Areas addressed will include, but are not limited to nutrition, physical activity level, sleep and stress.
