PCS 122 MANAGING CONFLICT ACROSS DISCIPLINES
Conflict is a constant part of our lives. How can we handle conflicts so they produce positive results? How do we resolve conflicts so they become creative opportunities for learning and growing? This class will provide students with a negotiation process that gets to the root of a conflict and produces creative solutions. We will analyze our own individual patterns for resolving conflict and learn how to choose the style that is best for each conflict situation.
