AAD 3300 LEGAL ASPECTS OF ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT

This course is an introduction to entertainment law, specifically to the role of contracts, copyright and the Constitution in the arts and entertainment. The practical aspects of arts and entertainment law are emphasized such that students learn the vocabulary utilized by entertainment lawyers and the principles of the major working areas of entertainment law.
