CHM 3330 PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY LABORATORY

Laboratory course to complement the topics covered in CHM 332 and CHM 334, specifically thermodynamics, equilibria, kinetics, quantum mechanics and spectroscopy. Students will utilize available instrumentation to aid in their investigations. Outcomes from experiments will include writing formal laboratory reports in journal style and various forms of presentation. Each week students will meet for a 1-hour pre-laboratory lecture followed by 3 hours of hands-on experimentation. Co- or prerequisite: CHM 332, Physical Chemistry I.
