MGT 4700 A Agile Project Management

Agile approaches to project management incorporate lightweight frameworks that help people, teams, and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions to complex problems. As a complement to the MGT 4100 Project Management foundation course, this course will focus on Agile project management using the Scrum framework. This course will cover Agile Scrum concepts, tools, techniques, and methods as a way to apply an adaptive approach to project execution. Additionally, students will be required to attempt Scrum Master certification through Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master I) as an integral component of this class.
