MGT 4100 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this course, students will examine project management roles and environments, the project life cycle and various techniques for work planning, control and evaluation. Students will use project management software to plan and control projects. Students will learn the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in preparation for taking the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification test.
