BUS 2210 LEGAL AND ETHICAL ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS

This course introduces the relationships among the firm, society, and the laws and regulations governing the conduct of business. Topics covered include, corporate social responsibility, sustainable business practices, the structure of the legal system, as well as key substantive areas of legal regulation such as, antitrust, intellectual property, torts, products liability, contracts, employment and more. It is highly recommended that students take BUS 1110- Gateway to Business – prior to enrolling in this course.
