ESS 4220 EXERCISE AND THE CELL

This course will examine cellular physiological processes that underlie exercise; specifically neural conduction, muscle contraction and bioenergetics. This course will address exercise capacity, exercise responses and training adaptations. Various laboratory techniques will be discussed and utilized.
