HEU 1110 SOFTBALL

This course is designed to develop softball knowledge and skill for students of all ability levels.Participants will receive instruction in fundamental skills including hitting, throwing, catching, fielding, and base running.  Course content also includes sport history, rules, defensive and offensive strategies, drills, lead up games, and team play.  Special Fee:  $15
