OLE 4100 ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

This course provides students with the opportunity to critically examine and compare administrative theories, organizational concepts, principles and procedures. This course will focus on concepts like facility design, staffing, accessibility, and risk management as they apply to the management of adventure-based programs.
