PWR 3210 WRITING GRANTS

Writing grants is a significant opportunity for professional writers to serve non-profit and governmental organizations. In this course, students will be introduced to the full grant-writing process, learning strategies to research and locate appropriate funders, use rhetorical approaches to write an effective narrative and plan to earn grant funding, pitch the proposal to a decision-making audience, and understand how grant applications are assessed from the perspective of a funder.
