MBA 6610 Analytics II: Natural Language Processing with Deep Learning for Business

This course will introduce natural language processing (NLP) techniques with a special focus on deep learning and their implications for business decision-making and strategies. We will examine how deep learning helps empower NLP through various techniques, such as distributed representations, language models, convolutional/recurrent neural networks, and advanced models, such as attention and transformers. We will put NLP into the business context and explore its practical applications in various business domains, including marketing, finance, media, retail, healthcare, etc.
