Spanish Minor

The Spanish minor requires two lower 3000-3490 courses, two 3500-3900 courses, and a 4000-level course.

Minor Requirements

A minor in Spanish requires that students complete the following trajectory:

A winter or summer term abroad in a Spanish-speaking country is strongly encouraged. If a student chooses to study abroad for one semester, the student is strongly encouraged to take 4 sh of WLC 3010, WLC 3020, WLC 3030 as part of the study abroad course load that counts towards the minor. A maximum of 2 courses (8 semester hours) taught in Spanish abroad at the appropriate level and approved by the department can apply to the minor.
