PEH 1100 Coaching with Evidence

How can a coach best support and develop participants’ performance and overall growth?  What you learn might surprise you. Some evidence challenges pre-conceived beliefs that are typically based on our personal experiences. In this course, you will have the opportunity to explore various coaching topics, obtain the necessary knowledge to properly investigate those topics, and consider how to apply the information to make informed, evidence-based coaching decisions.
