Sex Discrimination and Sexual Harassment
Title IX Sexual Harassment, as an umbrella category, includes the offenses of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Title IX Sexual Harassment is adjudicated under the authority of the university’s Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator and governs all students, including all undergraduate students, graduate students, and law students. Those prohibited behaviors and processes may be found in the Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures at: http://elon.smartcatalogiq.com/current/Title-IX-Policy.
Violations of the Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures are violations of the Code of Conduct. Students are responsible for knowing the information, policies and procedures outlined in this document and the Student Handbook.
