Sexual Harassment

Sexual Harassment, as an umbrella category, includes the prohibited conduct of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking (based on sex). Title IX and Non-Title IX Sexual Harassment is adjudicated under the authority of the university’s Title IX Coordinator and oversees all students, including all undergraduate students, graduate students, and law students. Violations of the Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures are violations of the Code of Conduct. Students are responsible for knowing the information, policies and procedures outlined in this document and the Student Handbook.
