BUS 3650 Business Problem-Solving and Decision Making

Business leaders make critical decisions in a complex, fast-paced world. This applied course prepares students to define complex problems, develop structured analyses, and generate persuasive, evidence-based solutions for real-world business challenges. Emphasis is placed on practicing critical thinking, collaborative analyses, structured communication, and client-centered recommendations through case analysis.
