MBA 591 Entrepreneurship I

These courses are designed for MBA students who are interested learning the steps, process and skills that are needed for launching their own business. This two-course sequence (total 6 hours) uses discussion, mentoring, case studies, field-based research and hands-on experience to guide students in the development and understanding of the concepts of entrepreneurship and the competencies, skills, know- how and experience that are required for successful pursuit of entrepreneurial opportunities. The course should culminate with the presentation of a complete business plan sufficient for presentation to potential investors and lenders.
