University Mail Services

Mail Services is located on the first floor of the Moseley Center. All students are assigned a campus box assignment for mailing purposes. Box assignments and combinations (where applicable) can be obtained by logging into your OnTrack account and looking under “My Profile”.

Campus box assignments 3000 – 9399 have a physical box located in Mail Services, The Oaks or Station at Mill Point (depending on where the student lives). These students will receive email notifications for packages that they receive.

Campus box assignments 9400 and up are “virtual boxes” and mail is picked up at the mail services counter during normal business hours. If you are assigned a virtual box, you will receive an email notification when you have mail or packages available for pick-up.

Residents of The Oaks must pick up their campus box key at the Oaks Area Office.

Intercampus mail may be sent free of charge to other students, faculty and staff as long as a name and campus box number are provided. Some restrictions apply for large mailings. Please consult the Manager of Print and Mail Services for assistance.

Mail Services is a United States Postal unit that sells stamps and offers services for UPS, FedEx, Express mail, Global priority, certified, and insured mail. Phoenix cash and cash, are honored as payment.
