Economics A.B. - International Economics Track
A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and a concentration in International Economics requires the completion of the Elon Core Curriculum as well as the Major Requirements listed below.

- STS 212 can be substituted for ECO 203 for Economics majors/minors only who placed into STS 212 upon entrance.
- A grade of C+ or higher is required in either ECO 310 or ECO 311 to take 400-level coursework.
- 2 hours of ECO 499 can be substituted for ECO 495
Electives: 12 sh
Select 12 hours of ECO electives at the 300-400 level.
- One of these elective courses must be taken abroad
- At least 4 sh must be from the 400 level
- No more than 8 sh of travel, travel, internship, independent study, and research maybe be counted towards this requirement.
World Language Requirement:
- Completion of world language proficiency at the 222 level.
- 4 sh of a world language course at the the 300 level or higher.
- Completion of a semester abroad that includes at least one economics course.
