LAW 996 Law Review

Subject to approval by the Elon Law Review faculty advisor, students on the Elon Law Review may receive one credit for each academic trimester in which the students successfully fulfill their duties as a members of the Elon Law Review Staff Member or Editorial Board Member. The Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor receive two credit hours for a total of two academic trimesters in which they successfully fulfill their duties.  No student may receive more than two credits for law review activities per trimester.  Law review credits are awarded on a pass/fail basis. All Elon Law Review staff members are required to submit an article-length note of publishable quality, subject to the guidelines in the Law Review Bylaws, by the end of their first year as members on Elon Law Review. The note must be written independent of a class; students may not submit a paper that was also written for class credit.
