Transportation
Elon BioBus
The Elon BioBus system consists of six routes throughout the Town of Elon and the City of Burlington. Four of the routes provide service to various apartment complexes within the Town of Elon as well as other locations on campus. Two additional routes provide service to local shopping centers, a grocery store, movie theater and to community partner locations where students do community service. The buses run on biodiesel, which is a blend of biofuel (from vegetable/animal oils) and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel. All routes are free and open to the public.
