Mail Services
Mail Services is a distribution hub for all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as inter-campus mail. As an official USPS unit, they offer many of the services you have come to expect from USPS such as Express Mail, Priority Mail, Registered Mail Certified Mail, and Insured Mail. You may also purchase stamps and packing materials. Mail and packages are accepted from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Intercampus mail may be sent to other students, faculty and staff as long as a name and campus box number are provided. Some restrictions apply for larger mailings, so please consult the Manager of Mail Services for assistance.
All students are assigned a campus box number. Campus box assignments can be obtained by checking your OnTrack account. New students will receive a campus box assignment by opening day in the fall. Please check your OnTrack account frequently during this time. The residents of The Oaks and Station at Mill Point have the ability to have a campus box in their residential neighborhood. Please reach out to Mail Services to request one of these boxes. Unless a student is assigned a campus box in The Oaks or the Station at Mill Point, they will pick up their mail from Mail Services in the Moseley Center.
Campus addresses must be formatted in the following way to ensure accurate delivery of your mail/packages:
John Doe

Elon, NC 27244
Mail Services is located on the first floor of Moseley Center. Please visit the Mail Services website for more information on hours, contact information, how to send a package, etc.
