Prohibited Conduct

Consistent with Elon’s Notice of Non-Discrimination, as explained more fully below, the University prohibits all forms of sexual misconduct, gender-based violence, and sex and/or gender based discrimination and harassment committed against employees, students, or third parties, as well as Retaliation.
