EGR 346 MICROELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS

This course introduces students to microelectronic devices and the design and analysis of microelectronic circuits. The course will examine operational amplifiers, diodes, MOS Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs), Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs), and the development of integrated circuit models employing these devices.
