FIN 423 FINANCIAL MODELING WITH EXCEL
This course offers the students an opportunity to learn financial modeling techniques using Microsoft Excel. Students will apply the financial theories to situations commonly faced by financial analysts. Course topics include time value of money, financial statements analysis, discounted cash flow and NPV, and valuation analysis. Within the context of Excel and its add-in functions, students will learn how to collect financial data, construct models, and conduct analysis.
