MKT 4300 MARKETING CHANNELS

One of the most important decisions a firm can make is how to best deliver their goods or services to their customers. This course focuses on marketing channel strategy, which involves coordinating and managing marketing channels to enrich a firm’s competitive advantage and financial performance. Topics include the design and management of marketing channels including channel analysis and design (including commerce and retailing decisions), channel governance and policies, and channel logistics.
