In the event of inclement weather, the most accurate information about the status of classes and campus services is found on the Elon University website or by calling (336) 278-SNOW or (336) 278-RAIN. In the event of a university-wide closing or delay of classes, a DPTE faculty representative will email your cohort with updated Module Schedule adjustments. Regardless of any university-wide cancelation or delay of classes due to weather, students will not be penalized if weather conditions are so severe that it becomes dangerous to travel to campus.

Students are to refer to the Clinical Education Handbook for weather-related policies during clinical practicums.
