Student Conduct Amnesty Related to Title IX and Sexual Misconduct

Students involved in the reporting, investigation, and/or adjudication process for incidents of alleged Title IX or sexual misconduct violations will not face Code of Conduct charges related to alcohol or drug use or possession in connection with the reported incident. Educational and supportive options will be explored, but no conduct proceedings or conduct record will result. Records regarding the provision of amnesty may be maintained.
