Approval of an amendment to these bylaws will require an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the voting members present at a Faculty Meeting subsequent to the meeting of the faculty or the Academic Council at which the proposal was presented, except in cases where such changes have been negotiated as part of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for faculty within the bargaining unit. All amendments are subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
