Program Learning Objectives

The Elon MBA develops principled business leaders with the business acumen needed to serve all stakeholders and benefit the greater good.  We enhance business leader development with experiential learning, in-person teaching with selected online classes, a flexible curriculum, and engaging learning methods.

The Elon MBA program will provide students with the opportunity to:

•     Demonstrate the knowledge of the fundamental concepts and skills in the functional areas of business.

•     Understand how they effectively lead diverse constituents in organizations, communities, and society.

•     Understand how they can gather, assess, and present data to inform decision-making.
