Business Administration Minor

The Business Administration Minor recognizes students who have attained a fundamental understanding of business through our Principles/Introduction courses. The minor is intended for students who are not majoring in business.

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) or a Bachelor of Science in Accounting are not allowed to declare a minor in Business Administration.

A minor in Business Administration requires the following courses:

Program Outcomes

Financial & Economic Literacy – Demonstrate an understanding of fundamental financial, accounting, and economic concepts and apply them to business decision-making.

Operational Business Thinking – Analyze how businesses effectively develop and implement management, finance, and marketing functions.

Marketing & Consumer Behavior Analysis – Apply marketing principles, including consumer behavior and market strategy.

Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness – Evaluate the role of leadership, teamwork, and ethical decision-making in managing and motivating individuals and teams within an organization.
