MBA 591 Entrepreneurship I

MBA 591 is designed to guide students in the development and understanding of the concepts of entrepreneurship and the competencies, skills, know-how and experience that are required for successful pursuit of entrepreneurial opportunities. We will utilize financial modeling, DVF framework, case studies and the evaluation of existing start-ups to develop the core skills necessary to effectively evaluate potential opportunities for innovation and new venture creation. The course will culminate in the development of a business plan and creation of a Kickstarter style video to communicate the viability of the opportunity.
