Dance Minor

A student pursuing a minor in Dance should contact the minor coordinator, Professor Renay Aumiller. No audition required.

Minor Requirements:

Required courses: 8 sh

DAN 1900	DANCE APPRECIATION	4 sh
DAN 1300	MODERN I	1 sh
DAN 1310	MODERN II	1 sh
DAN 1800	BALLET I	1 sh
DAN 1810	BALLET II	1 sh

DAN 101 must be completed before a minor can be declared.

Choose one course from the following: 4 sh

DAN 3900	DANCE HISTORY I	4 sh
DAN 3950	DANCE HISTORY II	4 sh

Eight hours of dance electives (a minimum of 4 hours at the 300-400 level): 8 sh

Total Credit Hours: 20
