Health Insurance

The DPTE requires that every full-time student have health insurance. Elon University does not sponsor a health insurance plan for students but there is information on the Health Services website that can assist students in securing insurance.

Proof of health insurance coverage will need to be presented by the end of Orientation Day to the DPTE Chair. All DPT students are responsible for maintaining health insurance throughout the program. Students must submit evidence of current health insurance to the Director of Clinical Education.
