Injuries

Any injuries incurred while engaging in classroom activities should be reported to the course instructor immediately so that emergency care can be accessed. Two incident reports should be completed as soon as possible:

A student who is injured or has a new diagnosis or change in medical status while in the program may be required to provide written documentation from a primary care provider indicating the student is able to return to the program (e.g., completing the medical attestation form).
