FIN 4150 REAL ESTATE FINANCE

This course introduces students to real estate terminology, financing alternatives, valuation methods for different real estate investments, and to real estate investment decision making. It focuses on the fundamental concepts and the techniques essential for the valuation of different property classes. Additional topics covered include different property categories, methods of income-producing properties valuation and risk analysis, the variety of mortgage loans and securitization, and real estate capital markets.
