Human Resource Management Minor
Many students, regardless of major, will someday ascend to roles in which they manage people. A minor in human resource management prepares students to make strategic, informed decisions about obtaining, enhancing, and retaining the right people for an organization. As such, this path of study will benefit not only students specifically considering a people management role but also those who plan to eventually start businesses, contribute to volunteer organizations, or lead teams within their disciplines. Studying HRM at Elon develops students' abilities to enhance the contributions and well-being of others.
